STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 2: WHEELS
1. Install the first washer on the wheel axle.
2. Install the wheel and second washer.
3. Install the locking pin.
NOTE: Relocate the pin in the wheel axle to lock the wheels from moving while chipping, or
free-wheel when towing.
