Details and Technology
Green-tinted glazing, with darker tinted area along the upper edge of the windshield. The windshield is
made of laminated glass, while the other windows are made of single layer safety glass.
Benefits and Arguments
• Significantly reduces heating of the interior
• Prevents dazzle when the sun is low
• Enhances the look of the vehicle
The tinting reduces heating of the interior when the vehicle is exposed to direct sunlight by around one
third, and thus also reduces heating of the steering wheel and instrument panel. The filter band reduces
dazzle when the sun is low in the sky, but without impairing the driver’s view of traffic lights.
