Carefully reinstall the burner. Make sure that the end of the
burner fi ts into the slot on the burner bracket. Verify that
the slots are centered under the fl ue tube and the thermo-
couple is positioned properly (tip of thermocouple extends
over two slots of burner).
Be sure to reconnect the wire to the high voltage electrode.
Check the electrode for proper location and gap.
Turn on the manual gas shutoff valve. Using a solution of
liquid detergent and water, examine the gas supply line and
all the gas connections for leaks.
Connect the 120 V power cord to the outlet. Reconnect or
turn on the 12 V DC power.
Check the LP gas safety shutoff.
Unplug the refrigerator power cord from the 120 V

Remove the cover from the burner housing.
Disconnect the wire form the high voltage electrode.
Remove the burner mounting screws and then, re-
move the burner assembly.
Remove fl ue cap from the top of the fl ue tube. Lift
out the wire and spiral baffl e. Using a fl ue brush,

Clean the burner tube with a brush. Blow out the
burner with compressed air.
Before removing the burner jet:
Clean burner area of soot and scale that fell out of

jet as damage can occur to the precision opening.
