7.1 Energy saving tips
z Allow hot food to cool down first before you place it into the refrigerator.
z Do not open the refrigerator more often than necessary.
z Do not leave the door open for longer than necessary.
z Arrange the food in the refrigerator so that air can circulate inside.
z Leave a distance of about 10 mm between the contents and secondary
evaporator.
7.2 Switching on the refrigerator (RML9430)
Operating with AC power supply
➤ Switch the refrigerator on by turning the power selector to the position.
Operating with DC power supply

➤ Switch the refrigerator on by turning the power selection button to the
position.
NOTE
Only select the operating mode with direct current (battery mode)
if the vehicle engine is running and is providing sufficient voltage
to the light system or if you are using a battery monitor.
