To use:
Preserving
Set the thermostat knob (Start / Stop) to the desired temperature. Set the timer knob (Timer) to the desired
time of cooking for preserving (turn the knob).
Once the setting is done, press on the Start/Stop knob. (Press the Start/Stop knob to switch On/Off the
canning pot.)
The preserver heats up and will keep the set temperature.
When the preserver reaches the set temperature for the first time, the timer will automatically start counting
backwards. An icon will appear showing the timer is in operation.The preserver will switch off
automatically once the time for preserving has expired. An acoustic sound will indicate that the time for
preserving is finished
Juice extracting
Turn the thermostat knob (Start/Stop) to the the juice-extractor icon (maximum setting).
Press the timer knob, the appears.Timer is switched off / without function. Press the Start/Stop knob.
The preserver will heat up to maximum boiling level, and will produce the maximum amount of steam in
order to evaporate the juice. Once the juice has been extracted, press the Start/Stop again to switch off the
preserver.
Attention: During the process of extracting is necessary to mix the raw materials constantly so that doesn´t
burn. At the same time the warmth would only accumulate at the bottom part (around the temperature
sensor), and the fuse would often shut it off.
Attention: Never leave the pot switched on without supervision. Certainly not when the timer is switched
off!!!
Heating up, keeping warm
Turn the thermostat knob (Start/Stop) to the desired temperature.
Press the timer knob, the icon appears and the timer is switched off. Press the Start/Stop knob.
The preserver will heat up to the selected temperature and keep it, unless it is switched off by pressing the
knob Start /Stop again.
If this warning symbol appears: all water has been evaporated completely. In this case water
must be added immediately. Caution! Risk of scalding.
