SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use the appliance in places where inflammable liquids such as gasoline are or may be
present.
Children cannot be allowed to play with the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when the
appliance is used near or by children.
This appliance cannot be used with an external timer or a separate remote control. The use of
accessories that are not recommended or sold by the manufacturer can cause fire, electrical shock
or injuries.
Never use the appliance when the cord or plug is damaged, after malfunction or when the appliance
itself is damaged. In that case, take the appliance to the nearest qualified service center for check-up
and repair.
All repairs should be carried out by the manufacturer or its aftersales service.
Only use the appliance in places with enough space around for good air circulation.
The appliance is not water resistant. Never immerse the appliance, the cord or the plug in water or
any other liquid.
Don´t use the appliance in places with high humidity or high temperature.
Only clean with a soft cloth. Don´t clean with aggressive or abrasive cleaners. It’s recommended to
only use a wet soft cloth.
Always use the appliance on a steady, dry and level surface. A fall can cause injuries.
Don´t switch on if there isn’t water inside.
Don´t touch the body of the pot when the pot is heating. Only use the handles.
Only use the appliance for domestic use. The manufacturer can’t be held responsible for accidents
that result from improper use of the appliance or not following the instructions described in this
manual.
Children cannot be allowed to play with the appliance. Maintenance and cleaning of the
appliance may not be done by children, unless they are older than 8 years old and
are under supervision. Keep the appliance out of reach of children younger than 8
years old.
Don´t leave the pot switched on without supervision. Turn off the appliance and remove the plug
from its socket, when you want to clean the pot or when it is not in use.
Do not pull the power cord or use the cord as a handle. Do not close a door with the power cord in
between and don’t pull the cord around corners or sharp edges.
Don´t move when the pot is filled with water.
After usage, unplug the power cord, let the pot cool down and pour away the water.
Before usage, check if the voltage stated on the appliance corresponds with the voltage of the power
net at your home.
Always unplug the power cord from its socket if you want to clean the appliance or assemble it.
Waranty can not be held on mechanical damages caused by wrong usage (broken off pouring tap,
crushed body of pot by fall...).
The appliance is designed and built as a whole. Don´t try to disassemble or modify it.
Never place this appliance near water where it can fall. Always pour the water into the body of the
pot. Don´t leave liquids in the pot when it is not in use.
