  If the burner does not ignite, several factors could be at play. First, check if the fuel valve is closed and open it. Next, ensure the boiler has an electricity supply. A defective or dirty nozzle could also be the culprit—replace or clean it. Make sure the electrodes are correctly adjusted. If the timer is on automatic, switch it to manual. Lastly, check and correctly adjust the room or boiler thermostat.

  Frequent cut-outs in your DOMUSA Boiler can be caused by a few things. The nozzle may be defective and needs replacement. The photoelectric cell might be dirty, requiring cleaning. Also, check for any obstructions in the fume circuit and clean it if necessary. Finally, the installation oil filter or burner pump oil filter might be dirty and needs cleaning.
