The DC 87 is a Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone requiring 48V phantom power.
Position the Donner emblem side towards the sound source for optimal use.
Select one of the three directional patterns before using the microphone.
Check if low cut and pad switches need to be set for desired performance.
Secure the cable with a slack loop for effective shock isolation.
Ensure the microphone cable is wired correctly (Pin 1 shield, Pin 2+, Pin 3-).
Wipe the DC 87 with a soft cloth and store in its protective zip pouch.
