Cause
ㆍ In case acceleration/deceleration time is excessively short comparing to load inertia
ㆍ Up/Down short circuit of IGBT
ㆍ Output short circuit
ㆍ Motor damage from fire and insulation defect
Reaction
ㆍ Expand rising time (dr-22).
ㆍ Check motor damage from fire and insulation fault.
ㆍ Conduct test run by separating motor line from the drive. If the same alarm occurs, it would be
an up/down short circuit of IGBT. For that case, please contact A/S center.

ㆍ When drive restarts during free run of motor
ㆍ Drive damage from fire
Reaction
ㆍ Adjust the acceleration/deceleration time.
ㆍ Check if the drive capacity is suitable for motor capacity.
ㆍ Start the pump after the motor stopped.
ㆍ Check load, motor, and output wiring.
ㆍ If the same alarm occurs, please contact A/S center.
