Report No. STS200421001001E
EN 62368-1
Clause Requirement + Test Result - Remark Verdict
Shenzhen NTEK Testing Technology Co., Ltd
Supplementary Information: SC: short circuit
(*) Measurement taken only when limits at 3 seconds exceed PS1 limits.
(&) Power measurement for worst-case fault.
(#) Power measurement for worst-case power source fault.

Supplementary information:
An Arcing PIS requires a minimum of 50 V (peak) a.c. or d.c. An Arcing PIS is established when the product of
the open circuit voltage (V
p
) and normal operating condition rms current (I
rms
) is greater than 15.

Supplementary Information:
All internal circuits were considered as resistive PIS.
A combination of voltmeter, VA and ammeter IA may be used instead of a wattmeter.
If a separate voltmeter and ammeter are used, the product of (VA x IA) is used to determine Resistive PIS
classification.
A Resistive PIS: (a) dissipates more than 15 W, measured after 30 s of normal operation, or
(b) under single
fault conditions has either a power exceeding 100 W measured immediately after the introduction of the fault if
electronic circuits, regulators or PTC devices are used, or has an available power exceeding 15 W measured
30 s after introduction of the fault.
