Step 3:
1. Remove the silver trim around the shifter. Release the two
latches on the bottom, front edge, and separate the center trim
and shift boot from the surround trim. Figure A
2. Orient the shift boot so it fits through the opening and remove
the button cluster. Set it aside for now. Figure B
3. Using a plastic trim removal tool, remove the end dash cover on
the driver side. Pry outward along the edges to disengage the
panel. Figure C
4. Remove the trim panel to the right of the accelerator pedal. Re-
move the T20 Torx screw and pull downward on the panel to
release it. Figure D
