Fasten backrest belts, place hands on handles, and lie back slowly.
Return slowly if feeling nauseous or use handles to return.
Attach two foot pipes to the unfolded support using bolts, washers, and nuts.
Attach front and rear preventing bars to the support structure.
Attach headrest, shoulder holder, and lumbar pad to the backrest assembly.
Attach ankle bars to height adjustment and secure with sleeves.
Attach footrest to height adjustment using bolts, washers, and nuts.
