Assembly Method

Step 1: Assemble the foot pipes

Connect leg pipes to foot pipes using bolts for the base assembly.

Step 2: Assemble the frame pipes

Connect frame pipes using joints and bolts to form the main structure.

Step 3: Assemble the jumping mat

Attach springs to the jumping mat and frame, ensuring correct spacing.

Step 4: Assemble the spring pad

Cover the springs with the protective pad and secure it with the rope.

Step 5: Assemble the support pipes

Attach support pipes and brackets to the frame for stability.

Step 6: Assemble the net

Install the safety net by attaching bands to top caps and securing to the mat.

Step 7: Assemble the ladder

Assemble the access ladder by connecting step pipes to frames.

Step 8: Fix the trampoline

Secure the trampoline to the ground using wind stakes for stability.

Jumping Exercise

Straight Jump

Perform a basic jump with feet apart and arms back.

Split Jump

Jump with one leg forward and one leg back in mid-air.

Straddle Jump

Jump with legs out to the sides, stretching arms toward toes.

Pike Jump

Jump with legs brought up and toes pointing forward in mid-air.

Back Drop

Jump and control your body to land on your back.

Extension Jump

Jump and extend your body fully in mid-air.

Tuck Jump

Jump with knees brought up to the chest, wrapping them with hands.

Front Drop

Jump and push hips back, protecting face with arms.

Hands and Knees Drops

Jump, then drop to hands and knees for a controlled rebound.

Knee Drop

Jump straight up, then drop to the knees for a rebound.

Twist

Perform a jump while twisting the body in mid-air.

Seat Drop

Jump, bring legs forward, push down with arms to get up.
