The Douglas Lighting Controls BT-PP20-B is a Bluetooth®-enabled lighting fixture controller designed for individual or multi-fixture control. It provides ON/OFF and 0-10V dimming control for lighting fixtures and is capable of communicating with other Douglas Lighting Controls Bluetooth-enabled devices (such as occupancy sensors, gateways, and wall station switches) via a Bluetooth mesh network. Commissioning is performed at deck level using a free smartphone app with Bluetooth communication.
Important Safeguards:
The system must be installed in accordance with local and national electrical codes for indoor installations. All servicing should be performed by qualified service personnel, and power supplies must be disconnected before servicing to reduce the risk of electric shock. Line voltage connections may be 120VAC, 277VAC, or 347VAC. The device should not be used outdoors or mounted near gas or electric heaters. Equipment should be mounted in locations and at heights where it is not easily tampered with by unauthorized personnel. Only accessory equipment recommended by the manufacturer should be used to avoid unsafe conditions. The device is intended for lighting control only; wireless controls cannot be used with portable heating appliances. Unused leads must be insulated individually.

Maintenance Features:
- Emergency Test: The BT-PP20 Emergency operation can be tested using the Douglas Lighting Controls Smartphone App (BTCC).
- Ensure the emergency circuit is connected and energized.
- Turn OFF the BT-PP20 using the BTCC "Room Setup" function or a Douglas Lighting Controls Bluetooth switch.
- Navigate to the commissioned devices list in the BTCC "System Setup" function and select the settings for the BT-PP20.
- Select the "Test Emergency Mode" button in the settings page. The BT-PP20 will turn on to 100% brightness for approximately 30 seconds and then return to its previous OFF state.
- Exit the settings page using the "Cancel" button without saving configuration parameters.
- Recommendation: It is recommended to test devices configured for Emergency operation on a monthly basis.
