*The diameter of the log is indicative - a small log can be difficult to split when it contains knots or a particularly tough fiber. On
the other hand, it may not be difficult to split logs with regular fibers even if its diameter exceeds the 10" max. indicated above.
**Log Splitter is shipped with Hydraulic Fluid already added.
Assembly
Tools Needed:
Pliers
16mm Wrench
1. Secure the wheels to the legs with a clevis pin and cotter pin on each side
(Figure 2).
2. Use pliers to bend the cotter pins to secure them.
3. Install the Guard and secure with the acorn nuts, lock washers and flat
washers using a 16mm wrench (Figure 3).
4. Install the control handle onto the splitting lever by screwing it on.
For your own safety, do not connect the log splitter to the power source until
the machine is completely assembled and you read and understand the entire
instruction manual
