MAINTENANCE
The pump is completely maintenance free. If the pump becomes clogged, you should
clean it out by running clean water through it. While the water is running through, start
up the pump several times for approximately 2-3 seconds. This operation should remove
any obstruction.
When there is a danger of cold or freezing temperatures, the pump must be completely
emptied.
Before any long period of inactivity or storage, it is recommended that you clean the
pump with water, drain completely, and store in a dry place.
Before the next use, check that the pump runs freely by running it briefly, then fill the
pump as instructed on page 6.
