If your Draytek Network Router cannot access the internet after installation, start by checking the power line and WLAN/LAN cable connections. Then, verify that your computer is set to automatically obtain an IP address and DNS server address. Ensure the default gateway IP address of the router (192.168.1.1) is reachable using the 'ping' command. Also, check the IP address of your computer and confirm that the ISP settings are correctly configured on the WAN >> Internet Access page. As a last resort, reset the router using software or hardware, but remember to record all your settings before doing so, as this will restore the factory default settings.
