HVE3000 Flood Pumper and Inline Booster

The high-efficiency HVE3000 can be used both as a flood pumper to quickly remove excess

liquid water for flood remediation and as an inline truckmount booster to extend the

effective vacuum hose length for carpet extraction and cleaning.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING! Do not alter or modify your HVE3000 in

any way. Use only replacement parts authorized by

Dri-Eaz Products, Inc. Modifications or use of

unapproved parts could create a hazard and will

void your warranty. Contact your authorized Dri-Eaz

distributor for assistance.

WARNING! Electric shock hazard, vacuum impeller,

and hot surface hazards.

Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug from

outlet when not in use and before servicing.

Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is

necessary when used by or near children.

Do not pull or carry by cord, use a cord as a handle,

close a door on a cord, or pull a cord around sharp

edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cords. Keep

cords away from heated surfaces.

Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the

plug, not the cord.

WARNING

To protect your valuable equipment and prevent voiding the warranty, read and follow these

instructions:

1. HEPA Filter Use and Foam Control

 Install HEPA filter when HVE 3000 is used on Category 3 restoration jobs or where quieter operation

is preferred

 Remove and discard filter at the end of all Category 3 restoration jobs

 Replace the HEPA filter if it gets wet during operation

 On all other jobs, we recommend operating the unit without the HEPA filter in place. Hearing

protection is recommended when the filter is not in place

 Use defoaming chemicals whenever foam is present in the waste tank

 If foam/water is pulled through the vacuum blowers, remove hose/wand and run blower unit for 5

minutes to dry out the system prior to storing

Failure to follow these instructions can damage the vacuum system and will void the warranty

2. Maintenance

 Replace vacuum blower brushes after 800 hours of operation.

 Detailed instructions for these procedures are described in your owner’s manual. Copies of the


