Remove the frame, backrest set, and headrest from the carton.
Insert the casters into the frame and use "E" clips to secure them.
Insert footrests into front legs and turn inward until they lock.
Insert supporting poles into the back of the seat frame and secure with lock knobs.
Loosen screws with Allen key, adjust footplate angle, and re-tighten.
Slide commode bucket underneath seat and remove cover before use.
Ensure toilet seat is down and check for shipping damage before assembly.
Read instructions, ensure clips and screws are secure, and footrests are correctly folded.
Supervise users with limited strength; use arm supports for assistance only.
Visually inspect parts for wear and ensure safe operation; contact provider if issues arise.
Covers defects in materials and workmanship; excludes normal wear and misuse.
