Pull up loop locks with fingers to slow down or come to a temporary stop.
Press down loop locks with palms until a click is heard to temporarily lock wheels.
Push up loop locks with palms to the original position to release wheel locks.
Adjust handle height by removing, setting, and replacing the tightening knob.
Adjust leg height by depressing the push pin, sliding, and securing with knob.
