Assemble the toilet safety rail frame by connecting sections using push pins.
Remove existing toilet seat, saving screws for re-attachment.
Secure the frame bracket to the toilet, then attach the seat.
Insert and adjust armrests using push pins for desired width.
Use as a safety frame only; check screw security periodically.
