1. To assemble rear wheels, place
washers(6),springs(2),coerpins(2),and
axle caps in an area next to Winnie Wagon.
2. Turn wagon upside down with rear axles
exposed.
3. Place washers, spring, and wheel washer
over axle in that order (see Figure 1).
4. Slidewheelcapoveraxleandslidecoer
pin through axle cap and axle
(see Figure 2).
