Dash Disassembly

Remove Lower Steering Column Panel

Unclip and remove the panel below the steering column, removing two Phillips screws.

Remove Climate Control Panel

Unclip, unplug, and remove the climate control panel.

Remove Radio Trim Panel

Remove two Phillips screws securing the radio trim panel, then unclip and remove.

Driver's Side Speaker Removal

Instrument and Airbag Panel Removal

Remove eight Phillips screws for instrument and airbag panels, then unclip steering column shroud.

Dash Side Panel Removal

Open driver's door, unclip and remove dash side panel, removing five Phillips screws.

Speaker Panel Removal

Remove five Phillips screws securing the speaker panel, then unclip and remove.

Dashboard Brace and Speaker Pod Removal

Loosen dashboard brace, then remove speaker pod and its electronic module.

Passenger Side Speaker Removal

Dash Side Panel and Grab-Bar Trim Removal

Remove passenger dash side panel and grab-bar trim panel, with associated screws.

Airbag Trim Panel and Glovebox Removal

Remove airbag trim panel and glovebox, including all securing screws.

Passenger Airbag and Speaker Pod Removal

Remove passenger airbag screws and then the speaker pod from the dashboard.

Installing the Pods

Connect Speaker Pods

Install new DS18 pods, connecting the supplied speaker connector to the factory speaker harness.

Reassemble the Dash

Reassemble the dash in reverse order, ensuring the electronic module is reconnected.
