      If the yellow and red lights on your DSC 3G3070 Recording Equipment are flashing constantly, first ensure there is good signal strength (at least one green light should be ON). Confirm that the SIM card is activated. Note that it can take up to 10 minutes for the network to program the unit, so wait at least 15 minutes. Finally, cycle the power and verify both the SIM and signal.

      If the control panel displays a telephone line trouble condition when using the DSC Recording Equipment, ensure that T1 and R1 of the 3G3070 are wired to the TIP and RING terminals of the control panel. If the 3G3070 is being used as the primary communicator, the yellow light will always be ON. If the 3G3070 red light is flashing, refer to the Red Light Status Chart.
