Most Frequently Asked Questions
Time & Date Programming:
• Step 1 – Enter time/date programming by pressing [*][6] + [Master Code]
• Step 2 - Use the [<][>] buttons to scroll available menu options, then press [*] to select the “Date & Time”.
• Step 3 – Enter [HH:MM] [MM/DD/YY]
• Step 4 – Press [#] to exit
Note: Program the time using military standard (e.g. 8:00 pm = 20:00 hours & 8:00 am = 0800
Bypassing Zones:
• Step 1 – Enter the function menu by pressing [*][1]
• Step 2 - Use the [<][>] buttons to Scroll to the desired zone number to bypass
• Step 3 - Press [*] to select the zone to bypass or you can directly press the 2 digit zone number to press if you know it.
(e.g. 05 for zone 5)
• Step 4 – Press [#] to exit
• Step 5 - Then arm your system as usual

• Press [*] + [2] to view the trouble condition.
