1. Wifi connection fail.
a. Check if the Wifi is enabled in the Settings.
b. Check if the password you input is correct.
c. Check if the router admin has set certain security to block the connection.
2. Touch is not responding when connecting with a PC/ Mac Mini computer.
Mac Mini - please contact support@dten.com for further assistance.
PC
a. Check if you have connect the computer with the board with a touch cable.
b. Check if you are on the correct channel.
c. Check your PC touch software is enabled.
d. Check the software is on the latest version.
3. The system is not booting and the screen is black.
a. Completely power off the unit by switching off the power switch located next to the power cord at the
bottom of the panel.
b. If issue still persists, please contact support@dten.com for further instruction of manual update.
4. DTEN Share cannot find the receiver.
a. If you have upgrade the system, please pair the DTEN Share with the board by plugging the Share dongle.
to a USB port (side USB 2.0 port or front DTEN USB port).
b. Check if the antenna is plugged to the USB port on the side of the unit.
c. Plug in the Share to your computer, double-click the DTEN drive to run the setup.
d. If issue still persists, please contact support@dten.com for further assistance.
