Lifting the fuel tank (fig. 34)
Warning
Make sure the fuel in the tank is less than 5 litres or
fuel may leak out through the filler plug breather.
Raise the hook (1) and remove the seat (page 29).
Lift the tank and unhook the service rod (2, fig. 35) from its
housing under the seat.
Rest the fuel tank on the service rod.
Follow the same procedure in the reverse order to refit.
Warning
When lowering the tank, make sure that hoses are
properly routed and are not squashed.
