1. How to format or reboot device?

Format:
For drive related problems like device’s drive
memory shows full in an abnormal state or recording file names
is messy or some recording file’s memory is incredibly large or
some recording files are damages, format device works.

Reboot:
For most product malfunction problem like device’s
not turn on or indicator light not respond or always lit red,
reboot device works.
