  If your Duke Refrigerator's cabinet is too warm, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the unit is plugged in. If it is, check the thermostat setting; setting it to a colder setting (higher number) might resolve the issue. Other potential causes include doors not sealing properly (adjust them), torn or damaged door gaskets (replace them), a non-running evaporator or condenser fan motor (check and repair or replace), a dirty condenser coil or filter (clean it), or a refrigerant leak (leak check, repair, and recharge). If the thermostat is faulty, especially if it's not closing in the coldest position, consider replacing it.

  If you find water at the bottom of your Duke Refrigerator, the drain tube might be plugged. Try clearing the drain tube. Also, check if the drain tube is loose or disconnected from the drain pan; if so, tighten or reconnect it.
