Do not try to light any appliance.
Do not touch any electrical switch; do not use any
phone in your building.
Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbors
phone. Follow the gas suppliers instructions.
If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the re
department.
Installation and service must be performed by a quali-
ed installer, service agency or the gas supplier.
WARNING: This appliance is equipped for natural and
propane gas. Field conversion is not permitted other than
between natural or propane gases.

      If, when you press the ignitor button, there's a spark at the ODS/pilot but no ignition on your Duluth Forge Stove, check if the gas supply is turned on and the equipment shutoff valve is open. Ensure the control knob is fully pressed in while pressing the ignitor button and that it is in the PILOT position. If it's a new installation or there was a recent gas interruption, continue holding down the control knob and repeat the igniting operation until the air is removed. Also, the ODS/pilot may be clogged, there may be incorrect inlet gas pressure, or the gas supply may be depleted (propane). Turn on the gas supply or open the equipment shutoff valve. Fully press in the control knob while pressing the ignitor button. Clean or replace the ODS/pilot assembly, check the inlet gas pressure, or...
