Ink adjusting
Ink adjusting knob on the operator’s side
knob on the rear side
1. Accessing HELP mode:
Turn the power switch on while simultaneously
pressing the PRINT SPEED keys.
2. Accessing H-04:
Use the NUMERIC keys to enter
0
and
4
.,
and then press the PRINT key.
The drum will rotate and the ink pump will
run.
When ink replenishment is completed, the
drum will stop with a beep-beep-beep tone.
It takes approximately 30 seconds to
complete ink replenishment.
3. Turn the power off, and then turn it on again.
4. Perform master making and printing.
Refer to the Instruction Manual for more
details.
The image will be light until ink is fully spread
over the drum surface. (Continuously print
approx. 20 pages.)

5. Once ink is fully spread, check the printed
image. If the density varies between the

areas of paper, make adjustment

1. How to adjust ink amount of the knob on the
rear side:
1.1 Lift the stopper of the drum and rotate the
drum by hand so that the master clamp
is located at the top.

1.2 Loosen one screw to displace the cover.
IMPORTANT
After the adjustment, move the cover
back to its original position and secure it
with the screw.
