The filter is clogged. Replace the filter. (refer to page
16-17)
The air purifier may be damaged,
or a foreign object may be
stuck inside.
Immediately cease usage, unplug
and contact Customer Support for
further assistance. Do not try to
repair the air purifier.
A weird smell is coming from the
unit.
The pre-filter may be dirty. Clean the pre-filter.

The HEPA filter may be saturated
with dirt.
Replace the filter. (refer to page
16-17)
The unit may be in an area with
very high humidity levels (above
55%). Mold may have developed
on the filters, or essential oils may
have been diffused in the area.
Make sure not to use your air
purifier in an area with high
humidity or while diffusing
essential oils. Replace the filter.

Poor performance/air cleaning
quality.
Unit is set to LOW speed setting.
Select a different air speed level
by touching the control button to
increase air flow/filtration power.
New air may be coming
in the room.
Close doors and windows while
using the air purifier.
Air flow might be blocked by
objects, furniture, wall, toys or
anything too close
to the air intake.
Leave at least 12 in./30 cm
of clearance around the unit
(including walls) to allow air to
pass properly through the air
intake around the unit. Keep all
objects away from the unit.
The room may be too large for the
unit’s specifications.
Use the air purifier in rooms
smaller than the recommended
size: 1,517 sq.ft./141 m.
Pre-filter may be dirty or HEPA
filter may need to be replaced.
Inspect/clean pre-filter. (refer to
page 16-17) Inspect and replace
the HEPA filter if necessary.

A blinking red light has appeared
on the control button.
After 180 days (6 months) of usage
(time is not factored in if the unit
is OFF), the filter change light will
appear, indicating the HEPA filter
must be replaced. Don’t forget to
reset the filter change alert.
Replace the HEPA filter if
necessary. (refer to page 16-17)
Reset the filter change alert (refer
to page 17) by selecting the filter
change mode, located right after
HIGH fan speed and hold the
button for 5 seconds.
A steady red light has appeared on
the control button and the control
button is not responding.
A critical component of the unit
has failed.
Immediately cease usage, unplug
and contact Customer Support for
further assistance. Do not try to
repair the air purifier.
