8. Disposal
In accordance with WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic
equipment, this symbol indicates that the product must not be disposed of with residual
waste. Waste electrical and electronic equipment can contain harmful substances and
must be properly disposed of.
> Bring the product to a special collection point for recycling waste electrical and elec-
tronic equipment. For further information, contact your distributor or your respon-
sible authorities.
> Only take batteries to the disposal point when they are fully discharged or after you
have protected them against short circuiting (e.g. by covering the poles with tape).
> Keep the packaging until the warranty period expires.
> Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly way.
