Air intake filter is clogged • Replace air intake filter at least
1 x per year� The air intake filter
must not be cleaned under any
circumstances�
Defective seals • Contact a technician� Replace
seals�
Cup seal leaking because of wear
and/or the following causes:
Contact a technician� Replace the
cup seal, cylinder as well as seals
(follow the installation instructions
included in the relevant spare
parts kit)�
Possibly:
– Dirt – Connect filter in circuit or
replace�
– Ambient temperature too high – Ensure better cooling�
– Unsuitable media drawn in – Only allow permitted medium�
Lamellar valves defective • Contact a technician� Replace
lamellar valves and possibly
valve plate as well as seals�
Unit too noisy Damage to bearings • Inform an engineer�
Vibrations are being transmitted
to the housing
• Fit suitable vibration dampers�
Defective vibration dampers • Install new vibration dampers�
