Adjustment
Shocks
WARNING
Left and right adjustment cams must always be set to the same position. Never
adjust one adjusting cam only. Uneven adjustment can cause poor handling
and loss of stability, which could lead to an accident.
Preload Adjustment
Adjust spring preload by turning adjusting cam accordingly, with the adjusting
wrench in vehicle tool box. Turn the adjusting cams clockwise for a firmer drive
and rough road condition or when carrying cargo or pulling a trailer. Turn the
adjusting cams counterclockwise for a light load and a smooth road condition.
