Not all of the accessories illustrated or described

Installation and regulation
of power tool elements
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Mounting / dismounting / setting-up of
some elements is the same for all power
tool models, in this case specic models
are not indicated in the illustration.
Additional handle (see g. 1)
Always use the additional handle 1 when operating.
Additional handle 1 may be positioned in two
positions - vertical (used to store of the power tools)
and horizontal (used for work).
• Loose wing nut 2 (see g. 1).
• Move additional handle 1 in horizontal position.
• Tighten wing nut 2.
Mounting / replacement of sanding sheet (see
g. 2)
Prior to mounting on the sanding sheet 7,
ensure that the given sanding sheet is
suitable for the specic power tool model
(ensure that the adhesive surface, proper
dimensions and dust removal apertures are
present).
• Position the power tool so that sanding plate 6 is
pointed upwards (see g. 2).
• In the case of changing the sanding sheet, lift the
brim of used sanding sheet 7 and remove it pulling the
brim further.
• Put new sanding sheet 7 to sanding plate 6. Follow
the rules below:
• the abrasive side of sanding sheet 7 should be
on top (adhesive surface of sanding plate 6 must
be attached to the adhesive surface of sanding
sheet 7);
• apertures in sanding sheet 7 must match the dust
removal apertures on sanding plate 6.
• Firmly press new sanding sheet 7 against the
surface of sanding plate 6.
Attention: when pressing the sheet,
ensure that the sanding sheet 7 remains
properly placed on sanding plate 6. After
having nally attached the new sanding
sheet 7 the apertures in the sheet and sanding
plate 6 should match.

Prior to mounting polishing sponge 11
or polishing bonnet 12, ensure that the
given sanding accessories is suitable for
the specic power tool model (ensure
that the accessory comprises adhesive surface
and is of proper dimensions).
• Position the power tool so that sanding plate 6 is
pointed upwards (see g. 3-4).
• In the case of changing the polishing accessory, lift
the brim of polishing accessory and remove it pulling
the brim further.
• Put the polishing accessory on the sanding plate 6.
Follow the rules below:
• the polishing layer should be on top (adhesive
surface of sanding plate 6 must be attached to the
adhesive surface of the polishing accessory);
• the brims of polishing accessory and sanding
plate 6 must match.
• Firmly press the polishing accessory against the
surface of sanding plate 6.
Attention: when pressing the sheet,
ensure that the polishing accessory
remains properly placed on sanding
plate 6.
Using the dust bag
During work, always use dust bag 8.
One should monitor dust level in dust bag 8 and
empty the bag at relevant time, taking the aforesaid
precautions.
Mounting / dismounting of the dust bag (see
fig. 5)
• To mount, insert the connecting pipe of dust bag 8
into the dust removal port 5 (see g. 5).
• To dismount, pull out the connecting pipe of dust
bag 8 from dust removal port 5.
Emptying the dust bag (see g. 6)
• Disconnect the power tool and remove dust bag 8 in
the manner described above.
• Remove textile bag 14 from the plastic body 13 (see
g. 6).
• Taking the precautions described above, empty the
content of textile bag 14 by shaking, for better results,
turn the bag inside out and use a soft brush to clean it.
When washing textile dust bag 14, use it only after
the bag has dried completely.
• Put textile dust bag 14 on plastic body 13.
Initial operating
of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted on
the power tool identication plate.
