Why does my Dyna-Glo Burner have excessive flare ups?
    • W
      wdominguezJul 29, 2025
Excessive flare-ups in your Dyna-Glo Burner can occur due to grease or residue buildup on the heat tents or in the firebox. Cleaning the grill components can resolve this issue. Another cause can be excessive dripping of fat or marinade from food. To prevent this, trim the fat from meat and use non-oil-based marinades. Also, check if the cooking temperature is too high and lower it accordingly.

What to do if Dyna-Glo DGB610SSP will not light with a match?
    • W
      Wendy WilkinsonAug 4, 2025
If your Dyna-Glo Burner won't light with a match, ensure the match is reaching the burners by using the match holder found in the cabinet door. Check the fuel level and refill the tank if necessary. Also, verify the connection between the valve regulator and LP cylinder coupling; turn off the grill knobs, close the LP cylinder valve, and check and reconnect if needed. A blocked burner inlet could also be the issue. Clean the burner inlet (venturi) and burner as described in the Care and Maintenance section.

If your Dyna-Glo Burner has no gas flow or an obstructed gas flow, fully open the tank valve by turning it counterclockwise. Check the fuel level and replace the fuel if necessary. Also, check the connection between the valve regulator and the LP cylinder coupling by turning off the grill knobs, closing the LP cylinder valve, and disconnecting and reconnecting if necessary. A blocked burner inlet could also be the cause; clean the burner inlet (venturi) and burner as described in the Care and Maintenance section.

How to fix Dyna-Glo Burner when it will not light using the ignitor?
    • L
      linda70Aug 19, 2025
If your Dyna-Glo Burner won't light using the ignitor procedure because of a weak or no spark, start by cleaning the ignitor electrode. Next, check for loose or disconnected wires on the igniter electrode and reconnect them if necessary. Finally, inspect the ignition electrode for cracks or breaks and replace it if needed.
