FRONT FORK AND HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
NOTE: The front wheel has been assembled onto the front fork already.
STEP 1: Place a headtube washer (1-10) on the fork steerer tube (1-8) as
shown below. Insert the front fork (together with the front wheel) into the frame
headtube, making sure the slot in the front fork faces the rear of the scooter
(see below).
STEP 2: Slide the second headtube washer (1-10) down onto the top of the
steerer tube (see below).
STEP 3: Place the handlebar clamp (1-11) onto the steerer tube and on top of
the headtube washer (1-10). Do not tighten the handlebar clamp at this time.
