STEP 4: Attach handlebar with electric light and sound mechanism (2-1) to the
clamp cover (2-3) as shown above.
STEP 5: Insert the handlebar into the frame headtube to the minimum
insertion mark, then align the handlebar and the front fork.
STEP 6: Tighten the hex nut on the bolt of the handlebar clamp securely
(see above).
STEP 7: Slide the clamp cover down to cover the handlebar clamp (2-3).
WARNING:
Ensure that the minimum insertion mark on the stem tube in not visible -
below the top of the steerer tube. Secure the handlebar in the steerer tube by
tightening the clamp bolt.
WARNING: IMPORTANT NOTE
Test the security of the handlebar by clamping the front wheel between
your knees and trying to move the handlebar up, and from side to side. The
handlebar should not move when applying pressure.
