Overview

This document is an instruction manual for the Dynamic Sauna Infrared Sauna, specifically models DYN-6119-01, which are 1-2 person FAR Infrared Saunas.

Function Description:

The Dynamic Sauna is an infrared sauna designed for indoor use only. It utilizes FAR infrared light, which is a segment of the electromagnetic spectrum, to generate heat. Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air, infrared saunas directly heat the body. This process is believed to offer various health benefits, including pain relief, muscle spasm relaxation, increased blood circulation, cardiovascular conditioning, clearer skin, reduced cellulite, removal of toxins and mineral waste, stress and fatigue reduction, and enhanced skin tone. The sauna operates by emitting infrared rays that penetrate the body, causing a deep heating effect in both muscle tissues and internal organs without putting too much burden on the heart. It promotes perspiration, which helps in the natural cooling process of perspiring and aids in the removal of waste products like toxins, sodium, alcohol, nicotine, cholesterol, lead, nickel, and cadmium.
