You may also need to check and adjust the air gap of the compound regulator, replacing it if broken, or check, adjust, or replace the electronic regulator (HG with AVR). Finally, insufficient residual magnetism could be the cause; use an external 12 V DC battery for 1 - 2 seconds to magnetize the rotor (HG3,5 ... HG5,0).
