During operation you must have the E RIDER switched on even if
you are not using the throttle and even if the battery is not in the
bike. Otherwise the motor will generate enough electricity to damage
the controller beyond repair and this damage would not be covered by
warranty.
Your E RIDER will travel along flat roads at about 45 kilometers per
hour. It will slow down a little as you go uphill and may increase speed
a little downhill.
You should always drive your bike at a speed you feel comfortable with
and with consideration for other road users.
