    Why is my Earlex SC125 Steam Cleaner not boiling?

      If your Earlex Steam Cleaner is not boiling, it could be due to several reasons. First, the safety cut-out might have been activated; refill the boiler, ensuring the element is covered, let it cool for 20 minutes, and try again. Second, the fuse in the lead may have blown; replace it with a 13 amp fuse only. Third, if you're using an extension cord, make sure it's rated at least 10 amps and fully unwound, as a lower rating can cause it to trip. Lastly, the element might be burnt out due to tilting during use or using chemicals in the boiler. Unfortunately, the element cannot be replaced, but you can purchase a replacement boiler from our Service Department.

Finally, there could be a blockage in the inlet of the tool; when the unit is cool, inspect the inlet for any obstructions.
