Why won't my EarthQuake W1265V Log Splitter engine start?
- AAngela BeckAug 1, 2025
There are several reasons why your EarthQuake Log Splitter engine might not start: * The power switch might be off: flip the switch to the on position. * The spark plug wire might be disconnected: connect it to the spark plug. * It might be out of fuel: refuel it. * The spark plug might be wet, faulty, or improperly gapped: clean, replace, or gap the spark plug. * The throttle control might not be held open: hold the throttle control open when pulling the recoil handle. * The fuel line hose might not be positioned at the bottom of the gas tank: push the fuel line down into the fuel in the gas tank. * The fuel might be stale: drain the old fuel and replace it with fresh fuel. Use a fuel stabilizer as a future preventative measure.
