- Preparation: Assemble on a flat and soft surface (e.g., carpeting) to prevent scratches. Separate and identify all parts, comparing them with the package contents list.
- Tools: Use the provided hex wrench for tightening screws. If using power tools, adjust the gear to the minimum to avoid damaging parts.
- Step-by-step Assembly: Follow the instructions precisely. Washers must be used with screws.
- Tightening Screws: Do not fully tighten screws one by one on the same part. Insert all screws into their holes first, then tighten them completely. Avoid over-tightening.
- Loveseat Assembly (Steps 1-2): Align screw holes on the loveseat seat (K) with the loveseat back/arm (J). Tighten with hex wrench using M6x15 screws (b) and washers (c). Install other screws in the same manner.
- Cushion Attachment (Step 3): Tie the seat cushions (Q) to the seat pipe using Velcro straps.
- 3-seat Sofa Assembly (Step 4): Align screw holes on the 3-seat sofa seat (I) with the 3-seat sofa back/arm (H) and support leg (L). Tighten with M6x40 screws (a), M6x15 screws (b), and washers (c).
- Cushion Attachment (Step 5): Tie the seat cushions (Q) to the seat pipe using Velcro straps.
- Connecting Units (Step 6-7): Assemble the back connectors (X) between the 3-seat sofa and loveseat. Use the snap-fit attachments (W) to securely connect the 3-seat sofa and loveseat.
- Placing Cushions (Step 8-9): Fix the remaining seat cushions (S) and place the back cushions (R, T, U) on the sofa set.
- Table Assembly (Step 10): Align screw holes on the table top (M) with the table legs (N). Tighten with M6x15 screws (b) and washers (c).
