Installation Guide for E8-400 / E8-500 Double Gate Opener

Lay out your Easysystems gateopener and check that you have all the required parts and

tools needed to complete your installation.

In the box you will find

1. Stainless Steel Arm (2nos for Double, 1 nos for Single)

2. Cardboard Template for Installation Guide

3. Control Panel Box, pre-wired with D1 control board and the Receiver

4. Control Box Cover with simple wiring diagram – refer to Picture #2

5. PVC conduit for Wiring (2nos for Double, 1 nos for Single)

6. Bracket and Screw in Carton Box – refer to Picture #3

7. 7AH backup Battery

8. Remote Control / Transmitters (3 nos)

Easysystems E8-400 Specifications

General

Ensures positive and secure gate stop for arms; critical before operation.

Describes how gates can stop at full open; optional stopper for full-open position.

Component fitted to gates to contact the gate stop, especially on sloping driveways.

Defines 'J' and 'K' dimensions for 400mm/500mm arms for correct bracket positioning.

Post bracket should be higher than gate bracket for incline, aiding moisture flow and force.

Template for determining best position for bracket mounting points for full-open/close.
