If desired, you can connect headphones
to the radio with a 3.5 mm jack-plug.
Warning: To avoid hearing loss while using
headphones, do not set the volume too high.
Insert the headphone jack-plug into
the headphone socket on the radio.
Press the Volume Control button to set
the volume.
The loudspeaker is muted while listening
through the headphone.
10. Troubleshooting
Do not open the housing of the device –
there are no service elements contained
inside.
When the device is switched off, and the
date and time appear in the display in
alternation:
Press the button Alt. Display repeatedly
until the display shows ...
- The symbol appears:
When the device is switched off,
only the time will be displayed.
- DATE and appears:
When the device is switched off, the
time and date will be displayed in
alternation.
- CITY and DATE and appears:
When the device is switched off, the
time and date as well as the travel
destination time region programmed
under 8.e) will be displayed in alternation.
