2 Properties
2.1 Product properties
EasyStart Web offers you a convenient and inno-
vative option for controlling your Eberspächer
heater. EasyStart Web uses a web-based plat-
form, which provides a graphic user interface in
the form of apps for use. As the user, you control
the heater via a user interface installed on your
smartphone, smartwatch or tablet, or by PC and
web browser. Communication with the heater
takes place via the internet and the mobile
phone network (GSM).

2.2 Properties of the User account
To use the app it is necessary to set up a user
account. Up to 5 instances of EasyStart Web can
be managed in one user account. 1 primary user
and up to 4 secondary users can be assigned to
each EasyStart Web. If necessary, a workshop
authorised for this purpose can use an addi-
tional, temporary user access to perform remote
diagnostics and maintenance.
