Failure to comply with the instructions for charging, maintenance, storage
and replacement of the battery as well as the instructions for charger repla-
cement set out in the Owner’s Manual can lead to the malfunction, breakage
and/or premature wear of the battery and/or charger, which can cause pro-
perty damages, cause injury to the EAB user and/or to a third party, and/or
cause the death of the EAB user and/or of a third party.
Failure to comply with the instructions for charging, maintenance, storage
and replacement of the battery as well as the instructions for charger re-
placement set out in the Owner’s Manual can also reduce the anticipated
lifespan of the battery.
Failure to comply with the instructions for charging, maintenance, storage
and replacement of the battery as well as the instructions for charger repla-
cement set out in the Owner’s Manual voids EBGO limited warranty.
EBGO cannot be held responsible for any property damage, moral damage
and/or bodily injury suered by the user of the battery and/or charger and/
or by any third party resulting of the failure to comply with the instructions
for charging, maintenance, storage and replacement of the battery as well
as the instructions for charger replacement set out in the Owner’s Manual.
