BEFORE HITTING THE ROAD
IMPORTANT: All EAB users must ensure that the EAB has been assembled
in accordance with the assembly instructions set out in the Assembly Manual
included with the EAB before any use.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE EAB
Before the first use of the EAB, all users must operate the EAB and ride the
EAB in a safe, low-trac location for a minimal period of 1 hour, depending on
their level of experience, to familiarize themselves with the operation of the
EAB and to develop a sucient understanding of the driving and the opera-
tion of the EAB to provide them with an adequate level of ability and safety.
The inexperience of the EAB user and/or the failure of the EAB user to deve-
lop a sucient understanding of the driving and the operation of the EAB to
provide him with an adequate level of ability and safety can cause property
damages, injury to the EAB user and/or to a third party, and/or cause the
death of the EAB user and/or of a third party.
EBGO cannot be held responsible for any property damage, moral damage
and/or bodily injury suered by the EAB user and/or by any third party resul-
ting of the inexperience of the EAB user and/or the failure of the EAB user to
develop a sucient understanding of the driving and the operation of the
EAB to provide him with an adequate level of ability and safety.
All EAB users must regularly, including before hitting the road, carry out
components and parts checks to ensure that they are operable and in good
condition and, if needed, provide the needed corrections on the following
items :
